Cater Plus & Cater Plus Foundation Annual Golf Day – A Huge Success!

Community

On Tuesday, 3rd December, we gathered at the stunning Tieke Golf Estate in the Waikato for our annual Cater Plus & Cater Plus Foundation Charity Golf Day—and what a fantastic day it was!

With the sun shining, teams teeing off with enthusiasm, and a shared spirit of generosity, the event was a true celebration of community, connection, and giving back. Thanks to the incredible support of our suppliers, clients, event workers, and everyone who participated, we are beyond thrilled to announce that $17,000 was raised to support three remarkable causes:

$13,000 for Sands New Zealand

Providing essential support for families who have experienced the loss of a baby.

$2,000 for the National Poppy Fund

Supporting veterans and current service members through the Royal New Zealand Returned and Services' Association (RSA).

$2,000 for Tieke Junior Golf

Encouraging the next generation of young golfers through development programs and opportunities.

A Day to Remember

From the first drive to the final putt, the course was buzzing with camaraderie and competition. Our players brought their A-game, the Cater Plus team made incredible food, and our generous sponsored gifts helped make the day truly special.

Beyond the game itself, this event was about something much bigger—coming together to make a real difference. Every dollar raised goes toward causes that provide invaluable support, and we couldn’t be prouder to contribute to their meaningful work.

Thank You to Our Amazing Supporters

To everyone who sponsored, played, volunteered, or simply cheered us on from afar—thank you! Your generosity and support are what make events like this possible. We are so grateful to be part of a community that stands together for important causes.

See You Next Year!

With another successful Golf Day in the books, we are already looking forward to the next event. 2025 is going to be even bigger and better!

Until then, keep swinging, keep giving, and keep being amazing!
